Du 6 au 9 octobre, l’Ademe organise la 7ème édition de la Fête de l’Energie afin de sensibiliser le grand public aux nouveaux enjeux énergétiques pour les particuliers : économie d’énergie dans l’habitat et énergies renouvelables. Au total, près de 500 conseillers « info énergie » seront mobilisés dans toute la France pour faciliter la transition vers un modèle énergétique plus sobre en CO2.
Comme le précise le site de la Fête de l’énergie, le secteur du bâtiment représente « 3 % de la consommation en énergie finale, dont 2/3 dans le secteur résidentiel et plus du quart des émissions de gaz à effet de serre ». Aussi, depuis 2001, l’Agence de l’Environnement et de la Maîtrise de l’Energie (ADEME) se mobilise pour informer la population des solutions existantes pour réduire leur consommation d’énergie ou leurs émissions de CO2.
Cette année, environ 250 Espaces INFO ENERGIE animés par près de 500 conseillers seront répartis sur l’ensemble le territoire français. Avec une visée éducative, de nombreuses activités ludiques seront proposées aux enfants comme aux adultes (visites de sites, animations pédagogiques, conférences, expositions ou encore improvisations théâtrales), notamment dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs français en matière de réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre.
Dans la nouvelle grande région qu’est l’Occitanie par exemple, 50 manifestations gratuites seront organisées au cours de ces 4 journées, grâce à la participation de nombreuses collectivités territoriales et agences locales. Parmi elles on peut citer l’Agence Locale de l’Energie du Département de l’Ariège, mais aussi le Conseil Départemental de Haute Garonne, ou encore l’association Consommation Logement et Cadre de Vie, citoyens au quotidien, établie en Lozère.
